Use SignUp Genius to make public or private sign-up sheets for presentations, study groups, club activities, and much more.
You need to sign up to create the sheets, but it’s free. Once you sign up, you’ll be taken through a 7-step creation process:
Once your form is created, you can invite people with e-mail addresses, or you can just share the URL and they can sign up from any device. They don’t need to have an account with SignUp Genius, and they don’t need to provide an e-mail address. All they need to do is fill in their name in the time slots they want.
If they do provide an e-mail address, though, SignUp Genius will send reminder e-mails two days before the event (the creator of the sign-up sheet can change this in the settings). As a creator of the sign-up sheet, you can also change people around or delete them anytime.
